Your area and terrain should play a big factor in your decision just because it is cool doesn’t mean it will work. Most look at price this is a product that you cannot look at how much it is going to cost, for best results you have to determine if it will work for the area you wheel in. This is the problem with all products most people must have because it is the in or cool thing to have, cool most of the time is a waste of money and time or is the factor of you being stranded in the middle of nowhere. Just to give a little on this I found trying to get the right info from stores is a waste of time most have no clue about synthetic rope you have to remember there is so many options out there for synthetic rope it will make ones head spin. Most failures are from buying the wrong product for the job I contribute that to lack or wrong information given. Anyway great topic less

Yes, there are cheaper made in China alternatives, but after seeing various versions of these ropes in use and breaking as recently as last month, I still prefer steel cable. My 2 cents.....

I like the way this topic has been going it is great to have end user comparisons that really in my opinion tells the truth of how a product is preforming. so far even reading topics like this in different forums it is evident that there is and has been alot of trouble with synthetic rope used incorrectly or not.
