The Coalmont 4x4 Invasion was a considerable success the event was not a success if you gauge success by numbers of 4x4's or the number of people. The number of 4x4's and people along with Vendors and prizes turned out to be a perfect fit for our first annual Coalmont 4x4 Invasion.
The best part is we gauge success by how much fun people have had. I know crazy right, all participants including us had a chance to learn something, and they and we did so that means we delivered in spades.
For those that are left that hold Apex tickets, we are giving you one last opportunity to cash your tickets into next years Event after that we will not consider the Apex 4x4 tickets valid.
We have counted your tickets in. We supply food and camping as we did this year and some did not show up.
We are trying every way we can to reimburse your support. Your tickets purchase everything for the event once it is purchased it is up to you to come to enjoy how we have spent your money.
We are not in this to make a profit since we are a not-for-profit organization. So if you still have an Apex 4x4 Jamboree ticket see you next year.
